The Daybreak

The Daybreak welcomes you with a relaxing covered porch, where you pull up a chair and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee. Upon entering the home you will be greeting with a large great room and dining room with plenty of space to entertain friends and family. There will also be plenty of gorgeous Arizona sunrises and sunsets that will be showcased through the oversized sliding glass door. Evening's can be enjoyed on the backyard patio as you take time from your busy day to sit down and relax. As the evenings wind down, the primary suite will be ready to welcome you to a private and quiet space separated from the rest of the house by a hall. Family or visitors can continue their evenings in the great room or retreat to the privacy of the other bedroom. Each bedroom features a walk-in closet so everyone will have plenty of space to stretch out and store their belongings. *The interior images are reference images of a similar plan from a different community.
